Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a nice stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and so clean, but there was a slight issue with the lack of a chest of drawers in our room. The service was pleasant and helpful, especially by the front desk manager, although there was a comment about the response to a problem related to a timeshare expectation. The location was very convenient, away from traffic but still close to attractions, including indoor pool and playground. The dining experience was pretty good, and the facilities were up to par.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were mostly clean with just a few dead bugs in corners and some dust along the edges, but nothing too bothersome. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff making sure all our needs were met. The location, though out of the main area, was geologically fascinating and family-friendly. The dining experience was pretty good, especially with the fresh Mediterranean dishes available.
I had a memorable stay at this resort. The cabin-style accommodations, though needing a decor update, offered a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with attentive and professional staff. The location was peaceful and convenient for exploring the area, while the dining options were satisfactory. Overall, a relaxing experience with some room for improvement.
The hotel is situated a bit away from the main Branson attractions but close to a grocery store. The service was exceptionally nice, and the dining experience was pretty good with tandoori dishes. The location offers easy access to Downtown Branson and Branson Landing.
The hotel rooms were very nice and had all the amenities we required but were in need of major cleaning. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was great, near Branson attractions but lacking in scenic views. Dining options were awesome, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is convenient, close to the action in Branson, but the views from the building were not impressive. There are plenty of on-site activities, but the unit itself was outdated with worn rugs, tub, and shower combo. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a mix of local and international dishes.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms had a rustic charm and were well-equipped with free-to-use bathroom and kitchenette. The service was fantastic, especially with accommodating my respiratory issues. The location was convenient, near downtown Branson and with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was pretty good, offering globally inspired dishes. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few areas that could be improved.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-stocked, although the storage space was limited. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, but the pool reopening after storms took a bit longer than expected. The location was convenient for accessing various activities in the area, close to the action in Branson yet away from the crowds. The dining experience was good, especially with the make-your-own pancake machine. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were properly cleaned and well-stocked with towels, but they were just okay, not particularly nice or great. On another note, the room was so dirty that I had to put every food item in the refrigerator to avoid contamination. The service was very helpful and responsive to all our needs immediately, though. The location was enjoyable overall, although the area was small and very outdated with worn rugs and a tub and shower combo with a shower curtain, not the cleanest. The dining experience was pretty good overall, with some highlights like boiled eggs. However, the facilities were lacking in upkeep and amenities. The price seemed reasonable, but the value for money was questionable due to the cleanliness issues and outdated decor.
